All deliveries are subject to stock availability

Delivery Process

  • Place your order before 4pm.
  • Receive UPS Notification.
  • Collect the items at the UPS access point.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure the parcel is collected same day in case vegetables are ordered. We cannot accept responsibility for perishable items.
  • Any damaged or faulty package, please inform immediately (within 24hrs).

New Delivery Policies

Nationwide (U.K. Midlands Only) Door Delivery or Drop off Point

  1. Standard Delivery Weight Not More Than 19Kg.
  2. Any Single Item weighing More Than 10Kg will be Charged According to Weight and Distance.

Free Delivery

  1. Free Delivery Available for SR1, SR2, SR3 & SR4 Areas on a Purchase of £50.00 or more, and Single Item of 10Kg is Allowed and Remaining Items need to Less than 9Kg.
  2. Delivery of Any Items Weighing more than 10Kg will be Charged Based on Weight and Distance.
  3. Beyond SR Areas all Deliveries will be charged as £0.60/mile for Door Delivery U.P.S, Collection Point Delivery Can be Arranged with £5.00 near to you home Fresh/Frozen/Poultries cannot be send through 3rd Party Courier.
